Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the Sussex Cricket Club Shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, with the exception of replica shirt orders with player's name and numbers printed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer three deliver rates for orders within the UK:

Standard (up to £99.99) - 3-5 business days - £5
Standard (over £100) - 3-5 business days - Free

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Pick Up / Collection
Pick up / Collection from Sussex Cricket is available on some of our products, if available and selected at checkout your order will be available to collect within 2-4 working days. You will receive notification when your order is ready to collect, please do not try and collect before receiving your collection notification. We ask all customers collecting their orders to have their confirmation email ready at point of collection and to wear a face covering. Collection is not available on match days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Sussex Cricket Club Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Sussex Cricket Club Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We offer shipping to all countries outside of the UK for a flat rate of £20.

During the COVID-19 pandemic we are experience significant delays in processing orders, we will endeavour to process orders on a weekly basis helping us adhere to government guidelines. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
